I feel like Hashem punished me for not keeping the laws correctly.

We don't understand why Hashem makes people suffer. Definitely from the point of view of chassidus, we don't look at it as a punishment chas veshalom. Definitely there's pain when we don't see something b'tov hanireh v'hanigla, but Hashem puts different challenges in people's ways so that we should grow closer to Him and find inner faith to trust in Hashem that He's doing the best for us even though we may not feel it at present. That would be the chassidic approach, and not chas veshalom to feel guilty.

Sara Morosow, Kalla Teacher

If I may add some thoughts to what Mrs. Morosow wrote, it's very hard when we look at the world and our relationship with Hashem through the prism of “crime and punishment.” It is so much better for us to see all that we experience through the lens of what I can learn from this - of course, only after you have given yourself some time to mourn the loss of the hope and dream you had.

My husband just doesn't get why I'm crying all day.

I feel I don't deserve to grieve. My miscarriage was only at 8 weeks. Others suffer a much later miscarriage.
